Pizza Popups

If you would have asked me about it in January 2020, I would have thought the day I launched Little Pizza Heaven would have been a really fun occasion. 

​

My, oh my, has the world changed since then. 

​

I originally planned to hire some people to help me run Little Pizza Heaven.  I was going to partner with my friend Moe, who has run pizzerias since he was 18.  He was going to handle operations.

 

Now? I feel like physically interacting with someone outside my immediate family is not the right thing to do.  I'm taking social distancing very seriously, so the only responsible choice here is to for me to become a one man show.  I'm going to do all the prep, all the cooking, take all the orders, walk them out to customers, etc.

 

But is this any way to run a business?  I have no idea.  Probably not.

This is why I'm going to run some popup pizza shops in the coming weeks and months. I'll see how it goes, then evaluate from there.

If you order a pizza, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.  I've spent a tremendous amount of time, energy, and money to get the business going, and your support means a lot.

If you hold off on ordering because you feel unsafe in doing so, I understand and appreciate your concerns.  I'm in this for the long haul, and know that sooner or later, this will pass and you'll have the opportunity to enjoy my amazing pizza!
