The Little Pizza Heaven Montclair Property Match Game Official Rules (“Game”)
How To Play:
Game Boards are free, and are available from Little Pizza Heaven with purchases or upon request. Game Boards may be downloaded as well from www.MyLittlePizzaHeaven.com/game.
Prize Cards can be obtained with the purchase of select items from Little Pizza Heaven, or by AMOE (see below).
On the back of each prize card, there is a “scratch off” box that will either indicate the name of “property” or an “instant win” prize. There are 2 ways to play to win prizes:

Instant Winner Prize Card –If the scratch off on your prize card box reveals one of the following phrases, the holder of the card will be entitled to the prize listed on the card: FREE CHEESE PIZZA (25 winners), FREE SPECIALTY PIZZA (25 winners), FREE DESSERT (25 winners).

Match Properties – The official Little Pizza Heaven Game board contains a series of “properties”. To win a prize, you must collect ALL the properties of a particular color type (5 groups total). There will be 1 prize winner for each property group.
Food Prizes for each property group are as follows:
PIZZA FOR A YEAR: Winner will be entitled to 52 large cheese pizzas, in the form of up to 4 large cheese pizzas per week. Total prize must be claimed within 1 year of winning, after which time the prize will be void.
Pizza Party For 20 People: Winner will be entitled to 8 plain cheese pizzas, 20 drinks (canned soda or water) and 4 desserts.
Cash Prizes - Cash prizes of $100, $250, and $500 will be paid via Venmo.
Prize Value and Exchange:
Prizes may be exchanged for Little Pizza Heaven “food credit” of equivalent value. Prize values are as follows:
Pizza For A Year: $936
Pizza Party For 20 People: $224
Cheese Pizza: $16
Specialty Pizza: $22
Dessert: $10
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY/WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. In-Store Game open to residents of the State of New Jersey.
Begins 2/28/20, ends 10/31/20, or while supplies last. Odds of winning a Game prize depend on number of pieces distributed. Mostly food prizes.
Receive a Game Piece Without Purchase (alternate method of entry “AMOE”): A Participant can request a Game Piece without buying a food item by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code to an address that will be provided upon request. For mailing address, send an email to Jason@MyLittlePizzaHeaven.com. 1 game piece will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of the Official Rules, while supplies last.
Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than 2/28/20 and no later than 10/31/20, and received by no later than 11/1/20.
Prize Claim Deadlines:
Food Prizes must be claimed on or before November 17, 2020.
How To Claim Prizes:
To Claim A Prize, winners must email (Jason@MyLittlePizzaHeaven) or text (973-315-7597) a picture of the winning piece(s) for initial verification, or post to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook and tagging Little Pizza Heaven. Little Pizza Heaven LLC reserves the right to request to physically inspect winning game pieces.
Errors, Discrepancies, Omissions, and Cancellation:
Any errors, discrepancies or omissions will be rectified by Little Pizza Heaven LLC, with resolutions to be determined at our sole discretion. Little Pizza Heaven LLC reserves the right to cancel the Game, or amend the Game rules (including prizes) any time, for any reason, without notice.
